Matt Pollock is the Vice President of Talent Strategy with Fortis Lux Financial. With a decade of experience in financial services, Matt’s vision is to build a recruiting strategy that focuses on both acquiring and retaining top talent in the industry. Matt understands what it takes to help advisors take their practice to the next level by providing the right resources and a white-glove experience. Matt resides in Whippany, NJ with his wife Stephanie and puppy Vance. Matt enjoys playing golf and is an avid sports fan where you can find him watching his Miami Dolphins on Sundays.
